RIP Greg Gregory 1951 - 2005

For those who knew him and for those who should have?we mourn the loss of Greg Gregory.

On August 17th Greg Gregory shuffled off this mortal coil at the age of 54. With over 30 years of amazing photography Greg was one of the leading and cutting edge photographers within the Adult industry. He was highly respected and greatly praised for his vibrant and often humorous style. This great loss will undoubtedly touch many individuals.

Quote:
?For his friends and acquaintances, his sudden departure is undeniably painful; we've each lost a good friend, a skillful raconteur, a devoted conspiracy fan, and an extraordinarily well-informed individual. But I think our collective loss is greater: one of the things that most impressed me about Greg was that running throughout his political analyses and conspiratorial ramblings was an overwhelming sense of incredulity. Although I did not know him as well as some others, it struck me that there was a strong idealist streak in Greg. It consistently amazed him that his government was not living up to the ideals on which he believed this country was founded, and he was equally incredulous that so many others seemed blind to what he saw. His incredulity was never mean-spirited; it was based instead on a remarkable faith in the goodness of this country and its citizens, and his disappointment when the country and its voters were misled or deceived. In my imagination, Greg is using the latest 3.2 tetrapixel camera to photograph an infinite number of beautiful women on the head of pin, and whispering into St. Peter's ear, "That's C-h-e-n-e-y and R-o-v-e ... don't even let them look in the Gate.? Fred Lane from Burlington, VT
Colin Rowntree of Wasteland has generously set up a site http://greg.wasteland.com/ as a touching way of saying goodbye and with the hope of allowing all of us the opportunity to show our respect to a man that lived life to its fullest.

Please take a moment to visit the site and remember Greg Gregory.

I never knew him. But the fact that he's a fellow content producer and I've seen photos of him from just a few weeks ago having a good time at internext just makes my stomach feel ill. My heart goes out to his friends and family. This is so damned sad.

I remember working with him when he wrote articles for us for The Chronicles and his articles were always well written and humorous. One of my favorite articles he wrote was about doing an outdoor peeing shoot with a model who couldn't pee and how he finally got her to perform.

I first met Greg in 1996 or 97 when he was working with Paul at CV Productions.
Greg was always a good friend and someone who would go out of his way to help others or offer his political opinion.

I remember assisting him and Paul in their trade show booth at the first IA2000 show in Las Vegas and how appreciative he was for my assistance in helping them out. Even at the recent show in Hollywood Florida while having drinks with Greg he committed on how much he appreciated the efforts at that original IA 2000 show.

Greg was always there to take a phone call and talk with and I really enjoyed his company at the conventions over the years.

Tina and I as well as all the Employees form Gecko Production / my2257.com send our deepest condolences and blessings to Greg?s Family and everyone that knew him.

He will be GREATLY missed in the industry, but his images will live on forever and remind us of him every time we see them.
