How much is a expired and active paysite member email list worth per 1000?

There is a guy who is selling a email list, I am trying to get a gauge as to how much it is worth per each 1000 emails. The emails are all from expired and current active paysite members. As high quality as you can find.

Probably not much....I get 100 spams per day to every email address I've ever used to sign up for a paysite, I'm sure most other people have the same experience.

But at the same time, people make good money emailing expired members with new offers and membership discounts. I know I do.

Sure if you're emailing your own past members....but if the list is for sale then it's probably been sold SEVERAL times, which makes it worth much less

Plus with CAN SPAM you're allowed to mail people you have a business relationship with (former members) but if you buy a list then you have to follow CAN SPAM rules....much less effective mailing.
