i feel great and iceice is right i'm still running my 5mi a day!

i only have 4 more days to go. i feel clean, energized, healthy and better than ever! on my 15th day i will post a hot pic!

oh definetly. the first 5 days are the toughest. but now it's not so bad. of course i look forward to my 1st meal.

ya, i know. thanks. i have to start off slow. first day with orange juice, then to broth, then to raw veggies. don't wanna do any harm.
