She's too weak to post about the outcome

After so many days without food, she no longer has energy to sit at a keyboard and type. She's currently laying on the floor begging for help to get to the bathroom before she shits herself.

oh definetly. the first 5 days are the toughest. but now it's not so bad. of course i look forward to my 1st meal. :)

why would i lie? it's not like i'm getting paid to fast. you should try it yourself.

the results are a few lost pounds and a clean, healthy feeling body. aside from doing this, i have always maintained a healthy lifestyle. i exercise almost everyday and i stay away from sugar, starches and preservatives.

Be careful with that first meal.

ya, i know. thanks. i have to start off slow. first day with orange juice, then to broth, then to raw veggies. don't wanna do any harm.
