Is it possible to signup for a Hotmail plus account for NON-US Webbies?
I get this message every time i try to upgrade my Hotmail account...
"United States is currently selected as the country/region for your billing address. After you create a billing account, it can be used to buy any service or software available in the selected country/region. If you don't want to create this billing account, close this window. If you get this message more than once, report it as a recurring problem. Message 3024" need to upgrade due of space and spam filters... i know, many of you will think Hotmail sucks, but i have this account since long time ago and most of my friends contact me throught this one, i don't use it for the biz tho... |
