Is it possible to signup for a Hotmail plus account for NON-US Webbies?
 

I get this message every time i try to upgrade my Hotmail account...

need to upgrade due of space and spam filters... i know, many of you will think Hotmail sucks, but i have this account since long time ago and most of my friends contact me throught this one, i don't use it for the biz tho...
