lol. I wish someone could be bothered targetting them again just to shut them up.. pity they want to make CNN and not apple.com.. I remember lecturing on a classroom of macs a few years ago when a bad worm was going around - it was like rapist night at the nunnery... at least pc users know how to put on a condom. my machine was auto updated hours ago.

What is "AV?"

I push the power button and it starts.

I plug something in and it tells me what is plugged in and ask me to choose what I would like to do.

It reminds me that I have a dentist appointment and if I choose to ignore it, I get a page in my phone

-----Nope, I don't run AV. I think some do though. But they aren't heavy.

What would be the point? Only 200 people's computers would crash. What's the fun in that?

If you like to follow the heard go right ahead.

Maybe it's because Apple tries to stay ahead of the game. MS on the other hand likes to get a huge virus problem then send out a patch when it's too late.

lol macolytes users are the worst herd followers there are, but are too vapid to realise "think different" is just clever pandering to their herd all the while they're being led by the nose so badly they can defend not having more than one mouse button for a decade. lol.

I would almost get a mac except for the users.

If they were ahead of the game they wouldn't have problems. Amcs are gods gift of computers so get over it. It's so fucking good they can't get over 3% market share in over 20 years of trying. Hmmmmmmmm.

You may want to keep your little MAC secret to yourself. if more than .7% of the net was using it , It might be something worth writing a worm for.

I can see the headlines now.

50% OF ALL MAC USERS INFECTED WITH KILLER OSX WORM

SanFranciso (AP)- 4 users of Apple's MAC computer were
infected by a worm today that killed their Tiger OS a spokesperson
for apple reported.

" With 50% of users affected, this might be the biggest
attack against end user pc's in history" said Pierre Swallows of
the MANHOLE CAFE, " I don't appreciate people damaging my MAC,
now I'll have to find something else to use as an accessory while
drinking my Java slide half/calf decalf with a twist."

Some people like Jags and some like Ford Escorts.

I figure you are the second.
