I noticed that you said that the preparations for your Grandpa Caleb's next transition didn?t hit you until the day the Temple burned, and I couldn't help but wonder if he's since made that transition. I have no malicious intent when I ask that... I've read some of your entries about him and am sincerely wondering.

hi missy! i don't think Halcyon and i met each other at burning man in '98, i feel like i would have remembered, although perhaps it wasn't time for us to come *so* together yet at that point. grandpa caleb is still around and walking faster than me at 93. we're having lunch with him today in fact, to lead http://www.hugnation.com one last time before we're off to burn. and lastly, this picture is from before i even moved here - i had been collared but not outfitted with the custom cuffs yet. the collar in the picture was the one i was Mastered with.

Tassy answered, but Grandpa is definitely still around. We eat lunch with him every tuesday. (his podcast --->hugnation.blogspot.com). In fact, I'm going to talk to him today about what I should bring of his to the playa.

We danced at Oak for a bit (but didn't know it was him at the time.) The idea of celebs at BM is kinda odd. But cool, too.

We're trying hard to get back in the swing. But we're sick and mourning (In addition to natural disasters and political depression, a good friend died while I was gone...unrelated to floods)
