Daphna and I were hoping you two would play with the machine at the PinkTV event but that was our own fantasy I guess. While you guys were dancing and I kept speeding up the machine Hal did not have a problem keeping up with it (250 strokes per minute). I don't really think you need the machine but IMHO you get the best results when the machine is a shared experience with a lover. Talk about a release of energy. Mama mia....that's a spicy meatball.

Consider this your all access pass...my mama taught me to stare...er I mean share. :winkwink:

The playa is hundreds of miles of flat open desert in all directions and a fun place to be even when weekend warriors aren't there to burn shit. Growing up, we'd go out there and ride around with nobody driving (the gas pedel wedged with a stick), climb on top of the cars and have sex or drink beer on the top of the car at 60 miles an hour. The festival itself was a lot more fun before the holier than thou attitudes of the "art" people, ridiculous entrance fees, and whole commercialism of the event.

I bet it really would be interesting to see Burning Man through the eyes of JFK. His photos usually convey the feeling of whatever event he's at.

I'm interested in following this thread through Hal and tASSy's Burning Man journey. JFK's pics combined with Hal and tASSy's comments sure would make for a great portal.

But really though, let that poor guy stay at home - he must have more frequent flyer miles then most Pilots :)

this looks like a very interesting event - being from ireland id probably melt but id love to get a week of pure artistic bliss - ive not had time with a computer near me the urge is too much for me to keep off it long enough too do any of what i used to love doing art wise

I have a yearly retreat to Zipolite in Oaxaca ... It's my get away to feel free and spirtual .. I vist shamans any chance I get. However the last two years I took the wrong people with me .. Any how i m getting off track, this past winter I spent a month there and met the most wonderful soul ever .. she felt me and showed me my ora, she taught me so much about how I see things and why I am whom I am... She spent a whole night till morning (without the aid of drugs) explaining Burning man to me ... I felt the experience thru her ... And dreamt about it ever since .. I can't go this year, nor would I want to go alone and unexperienced .. I've booked mark this page to follow your experience ..
