I take a lot of supplements lately since I am lifting weights hard and boxing. I take a multi, 1000 Mg of Vitamin C, 400 iu's of Vitamin E and a few other things incl. salmon oil, Glucosamine Sulfate & Celedrin with MSM.

i take a multi and it has everything in it,you can buy it at costco,its called vita max and its liquid which is the only way to go,most vitamins you piss out..

I work out three days a week and cardio four days a week.
I take GNC Women's Ultra Mega vitamins with my orange juice every day, which is part of my nutritional program.

I was told I needed calcium. I am researching that now. I just don't think one can take calcium by itself without special processing and in combination with magnesium.

I prefer dumping fresh fruit and veggies in a blender and drinking it. Apple , orange , grapes, bananas, spinach, broccoli and carrots. Doesn't look or taste all that good but it gives me a constant burst of energy.

If I am not mistaken, it's from their liver. Not really the oil from their body.
