im in an apt as they build my house here in NC and it would seem you can not have a bbq grill on your back porch...

who knew?

they are deciding now if im gettin the 300 buck ticket, but it looks like they are going to be cool..

Most apartments dont allow bbq grills at all. At least where I live.
