Apparently they don't have most tolerance for adult-themed posts or ads on there... I wasn't using it to spam anything, but they recently have cracked down on folks seeking adult talent there.

Anyone ever had a strategy for working around it? What are the best alternative sites?

And when they ban your IP and emails, good luck even posting a "missed connections" ad LOL.

yeah... ive given up on craigslist... ive had a copule posts stick but no response at all like they blocked the emails

I remember a couple of years ago there was a chick in the SFV who was hustling BJs for $20 on Craigslist. Her neighbors finally got tired of the turnstile in front of her apartment and called the cops. The cops found out about Craigslist and tried to crack down on them for promoting prostitution.

saw a news report a few months ago, but local PDs are using craigslist for stings with prostitution.

they post ads and let the johns come to them LOL.

but yeah, the girls who use craigslist probably aren't the target "model types." anyone had serious luck with it?

We have tried it and not had much luck with anything adult.

Some non adult stuff... YES--- minimal to medium luck.
