im in an apt as they build my house here in NC and it would seem you can not have a bbq grill on your back porch...
who knew? they are deciding now if im gettin the 300 buck ticket, but it looks like they are going to be cool..

Across the parking lot from AaronM's in another set of apts, someone used a habachi inside their apt and burned the place up.
