How do you keep track of all your projects?

I mean work wise (expenses, maintaince, new projects ideas,plans,contacts,etc..)

Looking to improve my tracking of everything, since that will result in extra produtivity

it was all great until a few months ago but now I simply have too much stuff to manage/organize

Some Still Get Dropped Through the Crack:-(

I use 3.5 inch by 3.5 inch pieces of paper, hooked together by a clip and prioritized; I cull through the pile from time to time to discard notes that I've completed, to re-prioritize/update still active notes/projects,and to make certain my old-fogey memory hasn't let anything slip through the cracks.

We use groupoffice (http://www.group-office.com/) for tracking of projects and to keep our work and employees organized. We use microsoft small business accounting for keeping our money in order.

Group office has a free version and is just as good as the paid. DotProject is also a good one too.

davecummings - that just cut it anymore

wdforty - cheers, looking into it

OTerror - http://www.brownbearsw.com/ical/ical...7XKFb6QRtrV9WM

this? ^^

jimthefiend - if only adding more pc's was the answer ;) You need to get a nice TFT on that desktop tho

KRL - that method stopped working long long time ago ;) its great for goals, but not to manage things out

DaveKnell - I got a copy of that, that not until a few weeks i've installed (came bundled with my Office), looks a bit overloaded, but i guess i'm just not used to it

Gothbox - taking a look into it

Thanks alot for the feedback so far folks

Microsoft Office has all you need, spreadsheet, database and more. You just have to take the time to learn how to use it.

^^^ yep!
Office is all you need, but if you want to go the next step... Add a PDA that syncs with office and your set.

i tried excel sheets etc., but for some reason a real agenda works the best.
I have a big ass agenda in A4 format, with one week on two pages and its perfect.

There's a product called "Info Select". My version is a few years old but I use it for everything.

I also have it synced to the Palm Pilot version. I can find almost anything within seconds.

Here's their website:
