I'm looking to hire someone to do link building/exchanges for my websites. The pay is $350/month and the link builder must be able to produce 100 link exchanges in a month. If they are unable to produce the 100 links then they will only get paid for the amount of links produced. There are also instructions they must follow. What if someone has 100 sites, and just exchanges links with you? You will exchange links with them and pay $350 on top of that?

if they are all on different IP's. Also, the link exchange builder would have to do a mix of one way links and recip links.
