After almost 6 years fo dealing with The Planet and their awfull and disrespectfull acct. dept., I found THE BEST "pound for pound" hosting company in the world:
These people provided me with personal, fast and respectfull tech support and coustomer service, with just $79.00 of down payment these people got me running with not 1, but 2 powerfull servers, I told them I needed a 400gb HD, they bought it and installed the same day and helped me move all my data from the other server, tech support is 24 hours available on ICQ, always willing to help. Their servers and connection are lightning fast...SIMPLY THE BEST, Im talking about SERVERPROVIDER.COM This is not spam, is just my way of trying to say tanks to these people that really deserve it. It's sad that this is not actually the norm. A canned hosting solution is great for running galleries and whatnot, but alot of people in this industry need personal attention. I do stuff like this for my customers all the time, and that's why they stick with me, that and they can get me on my cell 24/7. Not that they ever need to!
