It's sad that this is not actually the norm. A canned hosting solution is great for running galleries and whatnot, but alot of people in this industry need personal attention. I do stuff like this for my customers all the time, and that's why they stick with me, that and they can get me on my cell 24/7. Not that they ever need to!
