Hey guys. I finally closed on my new house Friday. Took awhile ... Anyhow, I'm in the process of moving in .. I love the place. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 5500+ sq ft.

It was $519k for the house, taxes, insurance, closing costs, etc ... Then I bought all of the old owners furnishings for $55k. That stuff was valued at over 180k but they cut me a killer deal .. none of it was over 2 years old and was used very lightly. The couple went bankrupt so they were thrilled to get rid of all of that stuff for such a cheap price.

That makes me sick. A house that nice in San Diego, CA would go for around 1.2 million dollars. I could buy a pretty nice condo in San Diego for $500,000 and thats about it. Even though I love your house I would never ever move there. Its all about location. You cant get much better than San Diego. Too bad you cant move your house down here you could fill that house up with some california hotties and throw some awesome networking parties.
