It was $519k for the house, taxes, insurance, closing costs, etc ... Then I bought all of the old owners furnishings for $55k. That stuff was valued at over 180k but they cut me a killer deal .. none of it was over 2 years old and was used very lightly. The couple went bankrupt so they were thrilled to get rid of all of that stuff for such a cheap price.
