The diet she is talking abouit is also known as the Lemonade Diet. Trust me.. this isn't a great lemonade drink. Your days start off with 2-3 hours of non-stop shits.. more like pissing out of your ass.

if you do the research and eat the right things you can naturally "cleanse" your body of bad stuff in the intestines.
