what happens is that their webmasters will use deceptive marketing tactics to promote the paris sex video aspect of the tour and then it's lights out. we have successfully enforced the copyright with Rick Salomon repeatedly.

yes.. i know, and I fully agree.
the question was only if I used a banner or textlink without refferens to the Paris Hilton sextape. But it really dosent matter, I would never advice anybody to sign up for the site
