Payment solution for Chinese? Does it exist?
I have a little side project right now that targets junky Chinese traffic and was wondering if there?s something remotely close to such thing as ?billing service for Chinese? sort of speaking. I know that there?s a clone of paypal for Russians and few other payment systems around, but is there anything like that specifically for Chinese? Payment via SMS, Debit cards or what ever?
