I could count on one hand the amount of people that actually WORK OUT HARD at my gym. Every time I'm there I see someone strolling on a treadmill while talking on a cell phone....REAL hard workout there, asshole. I despise 99% of the annoying people in that place.

I just got back from the gym ... But i just ran a few miles ..i'll weight train tomorrow ... i hate the group of assholes that spend 3 hours working out because they stand around and talk for 2 hours of it ... leaning on the equipment and getting in the way ... i want to start fucking knocking people out with dumb bells ..

Use to go to the gym but got the absolute shits with all the tools staring at themselves in the mirrors and flexing their muscles. Use to amaze me that these people would stare at themselves for hours on end then on the way out they'd check themselves out in the reflection of the glass doors.!!

If all you want to do is cardio - then buy a bike, go for a walk/run or swim. The gym is a playground for wannabe nobodies for the most part.

Ha! This is so funny that I came home and saw this ... I just got back from the gym, I saw some guy come in, do situps, the hip ad and abductor and some other ab machine...I don't even think there were any sets in there. Then he chit chatted with some guy who was running and left. Was there max 15-20 minutes.

Where the hell is the workout in that?

I wish the gyms here would start banning people on cell phones too, that's just ridiculous. If you're trying to put on mass, you still have to warm up, but you don't do cardio. So a little 10-15 minute walk on the treadmill is perfect.
