definitely a rip off.. and even if a client did give them the psd.. would any respectable designer use these without checking with the original designer first? I sure wouldn't
Yeah thats what I noticed too. And I agree, even if a client asked me to make the same ones with another domainname on 'm I wouldn't post them in my portfolio as it was my work lol

well if i remember properly this "loverboy" guy runs some outsourcing company and maybe he stole a outsourcing company from the owner etc i don't remember properly so do a search

have you ever considered the possibility that they are unaware the designs are copied? you can always contact the people at ProAOS away from this thread and prevent some noise, unless you have some sort of agenda?

I just am amazed there are people out there who can rationalize theft because others are doing it too, so we should shut up already.

it seems doubtful that the banners were copied without the psd's. thats a shitload of work to change the text without the psd's. it seems to me that it would be much easier to make new banners
