thieves in what way? ive'd read alot of threads about people copying someone else's design. creative people have great respect of Webinc and that's a fact.
have you ever considered the possibility that they are unaware the designs are copied? you can always contact the people at ProAOS away from this thread and prevent some noise, unless you have some sort of agenda?

Seriously though, contact them and tell them to immediately switch the designs. If they ignore you, take legal action.

yeah, how did they keep the content images on those asian girl banners in tact when they changed the text overlay? If they copied them without having that content or psd they did a fine job of fixing the backgrounds.

The source files were shared. It could be the same designer moonlighting under the table for the other, it could be a PSD sold or traded, it could be the designer moving to the other firm and using the old source files.

We don't outsource any work for clients of webinc.com, We have our own offices with our own team of 9 designers.

This has happended a few times of the years, while it's nice to see our work praised - I would think another design company would want to show there work - and not ours:(

for those of you who use proadultoutsourcing, better ask them where they get the stock photography they use, too. someone there admitted to me that he and several others use getty images - without paying, and without telling the buyer he has to pay for the images to use them legally.

it would have been easier to make a new banner than do a copy of webinc's banner and have the background match exactly like it does.. they had to have had the psd's .. does webinc give out it's psd files?

Right click save as > magnify to 1600%, cut out the text and duplicate the background. It's doable without source files I think.

Yes we do give out all psd's files to each and every customer when a design project is completed.

We have done this since the beginning - A customer pays for a design, we belive they should have the psd's also.

and they are defininitely from the psd, I made a gif of both of them to show you.. and there's no background inbetween.. just two frames the same except for the animation part
