More incorrect information. How do they know 100% that BrazilBang.com "was not associated in any way with the arrests." Do they have evidence of this? It should have been, "We are not aware of any involvement by BrazilBang.com in relation to these arrests."

Perhaps you need to get on your people about doing that "more thorough fact-checking" before a story is published rather than after.

a libel or slander suit is largely dependent on proving whoever uttered/printed the falsehood did so with malicious intent - that didn't happen here unless there's a history between XBiz and OCCash we don't know about.
