But then again why would the guys producing the content name any a specific company or entity that the content was being produced for. That doesn't sound like the brightest decision to make. Something doesn't smell right about any of that. I will say if Evasive Angles is proven guilty of intentional underage shooting, it will be the end of the company and a huge HUGE black eye for the industry. Totally not needed now :2 cents: |

If OCCash were my company I'd be looking into suing over what you wrote too. What's stupid is publishing untrue comments. It's what punitive dammages was invented for. |
wasn't ttboy's company also at the root of the aids outbreak?

?? what have you been smoking seriously.. I didn't mimick anything i just called you mr.sue. It was a joke, put down the crack pipe.. or am i missing something here ? did someone else call you mr. sue ? |

The US Government is the root. Seriously though... Darren James (who is a contract worker for Evasive Angles) contracted aids down in Brazil and it was not during one of TTBoy's shoots. :2 cents: |
Lots of back peddling . . .
|

Were any company reps from OCCash interviewed before this went to print? |
Quote:
semantics. the same guy gave aids out on a ttboy shoot weeks later? seems to be a pattern of problems with his business. has to be unnerving for anyone using his content. |
Quote:
can't you post just one sentence without making any grammatical errors ? did you ever go to school ? |
This seems way to fishy..
I would like to know how occash got added/associated with this.. Seems like malicious intent, unless theres some reasonable explanation. |

Maybe the content they were shooting was destined for Brazil Bang?
Video was confiscated. If they were saying BrazilBang on em... Well then. But who knows. More will come I am sure! |

This is really some fucked up news. With the US Gov using "The Child Protection Act" and child pornography as their basis for cracking down on the adult industry, this is something that could be used against us. With Xbiz dropping names of a rather major player in our industry this shows little tact from them as to where they stand. Are they a news source, or are they someone trying to bring eyes to them no matter what the cost?
If they were a news source the proper way to have gone about this would have been to contact a representative from OCCash for comment, to give them a chance to either say no comment, or to clear their name. If what XXXjay is saying is true, which I believe him, Xbiz is in a world of shit, and we really need to ask ourselves if we should support them? I think that OCCash, along with TTboy should issue a proper press release stating that they have no ties to any of these people at all, that their name was dragged into this for some reason they are uncertain of, and to just show a level of professionalism. They can even have a statement from their lawyer as well. I think something like this would be great for all parties involved, and the adult industry in itself. |
Quote:
if that was a previous pattern and this was content from a company they had rights from, then how is the story malicious? occash got caught in a tough position with a seedy vendor. or, xbiz totally fucked up which is it? |

Damn makes me wondering anything else ive read there was true or not :( http://xbiz.com/news_piece.php?id=9819 RIO DE JANEIRO?Seven American men were arrested by Brazilian police at a Rio de Janeiro rental property where the group had been soliciting local prostitutes for porn shoots. Police were summoned to the large home in response to complaints by prostitutes that they had not been paid adequately. Some of the prostitutes were underage. Both prostitution and the filming of pornography are legal in the state of Rio, but the exploitation of prostitution, as police say shooting porn with prostitutes amounts to, is not. "[The Americans] were contracting prostitutes to make money out of it,? said police investigator Marcus Neves. ?This favors prostitution and is a crime, punishable by a jail term of between two and five years plus fines.? The Americans claimed ignorance of the Brazilian law. They also said they expected to make $40,000 in the United States for the films. The prostitutes involved claimed to have been paid between $120 and $130 for their services. The Americans had been living in the mansion in the Sepetiba neighborhood of the city for 40 days. Police seized laptops, video equipment, a small amount of marijuana and several tapes with pornographic content. A source told XBiz that one of the Americans arrested was a Sundance award-winning documentarian, but that has not been confirmed. The men were identified as David deNino, Alfred Spellman, William Cohen, Conrado Gomes, Stewart Hopowele, Keith Ludwigsen and William Fernandez. |
The article says nothing about Brazil Bang now.
