I am looking for 1 mailer that that is willing to work for a 25% commission per signup total. I have an opt in list of 150,000+ people looking for web hosting that need to be converted into thousands of clients.

Basically, what this means is:

Let's say you get someone to sign up for a 399.99 plan and another 5 people for the 19.99 plan. Add the totals up, which would be 500.00, $125.00 cash profit for those signups. This is really alot easier than it sounds.
