I totally agree, i've been with phatservers for 3 months now and not 1 problem and thier help has always answered me within an hour. Great choice in going with them.

Yup nearly 12months customer here, and probably had 20mins of downtime since the begining. Their customer support is A+ grade and always a response within an hour window.
