I think you've possibility to view whois data for these domains and you can see that difference between registrations of these two domains about one month and we've started our partnership before Lensman ;) so we've no reason to change partnership name ;)

We checked the com site, and it was not even resolvable, and of course at that moment we were not able to know what it will be in the future.
