I closed Friday. In Yonkers NY, is was an old Trolly Barn converted. Right next to Metro North RR; 22 minutes to NYC. 2400 sf, with 1600 open space with 30 foot ceiling. It should be equipped within the next few weeks. If you need a place to shoot let me know, GFYers can borrow it anytime!

View of the Palisades and Yonkers pier and ferry...I like it.

It's a live/work space, The second floor loft area is huge (can't tell from the picture) but I will use it for an office. I have a house in New Rochelle.

Funny to pay 350K for a box, but, the area (SW Yonkers) is the next Williamsburg,..so I hope.

It's a very good price..One fault is the the railroad runs between the two buildings. I've notice that the express blows it's whistle when crossing the Yonkers station. (only a few time per day...I could live with it, it's not 24-7..hehe)
