It's a live/work space, The second floor loft area is huge (can't tell from the picture) but I will use it for an office. I have a house in New Rochelle.

It's a very good price..One fault is the the railroad runs between the two buildings. I've notice that the express blows it's whistle when crossing the Yonkers station. (only a few time per day...I could live with it, it's not 24-7..hehe)

The Yonkers "ghettos", are being pushed north. A very versatile city with weird local goverment.
4th largest city in ALL of NY State, ranging from Multi-million dollar homes to welfare and low income housing. Segregation beyond belief, but I can't worry about that. What was bad is now good, and what was good is know bad. Sorry for my insight.
