Its a REAL pain in the ass when it happens. It's happened to me/us before several times. I spend several hours checking a site and then a couple more hours writing my review. To have some moron come along and just copy/paste is beyond anything I can imagine. They really think nobody will notice? Sure, blacklist their asses!

the site that is copying sucks and has no traffic anyway so why bother suing them? It isn't like anybody will ever recognize the porncritics as a leading review site anyway. It's just something that a fool with no mind of his own copied.

Just work together with TheBestPorn and fix what needs to be changed. I changed some similiarities when asked, and once I get my database filled, we may even exchange some traffic. Granted, my site was nowhere near mimicking any review sites that closely. Mine was just in the phrasing.

This industry pretty much has 3 types of people working in it.

Innovators - come up with an idea, build it, promote it and set a new industry standard. Innovators understand that if they are going to lead an industry - there will be followers (and generally welcome them).

Copycats - can't come up with an original idea on their own but recognize the potential of somone else's work. Takes the original idea and uses it as a model to build their own version of the original. They only use the concept.
