ePassporte and Paycom.net Owners Divide Business Interests

The official press release from Paycom & ePassporte

MARINA DEL REY, CA

The owners of ePassporte, NV, a pre-paid Visa card and Paycom.net, a leading processor of online payment transactions, have divided their business interests, the companies reported today.

Details and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both companies reported, however, that Christopher Mallick is now the sole owner of ePassporte and Joel Hall and Clayton Andrews are the sole owners of Paycom.net. Neither company?s business model will change.

Hall and Andrews, the original Co-Founders of Paycom.net, and Mallick, who joined the company later, had been business partners for five years.

Clay Andrews and Joel Hall issued a joint statement on behalf of Paycom.net, ?We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed a transaction that provides the individuals involved with their own separate and exclusive business and allows both companies to focus on core competencies and goals that are targeted to meet their respective clients' needs. We both wish the ePassporte team the best of luck.?

Christopher Mallick commented on behalf of ePassporte, ?I am pleased to be able to focus my full attention on ePassporte and the many exciting opportunities the brand has to offer consumers. I look forward to working with the many associates, vendors and strategic partners much closer now. I am sure Paycom.net will continue to grow and prosper and will remain the industry leader in payment processing.?

Paycom.net will remain in their current offices in Southern California. ePassporte will have a representative office in Southern California, with its corporate headquarters and majority of its business activities remaining in Curacao. ePassporte?s sales and marketing operation is located in Toronto.

About ePassporte:

ePassporte sells pre-paid Virtual Visa and Visa Electron products to online consumers and offers a proprietary peer-to-peer network connecting businesses and individuals worldwide via the Internet. ePassporte is accepted everywhere that Visa is accepted and at PLUS ATMs worldwide. Visit www.epassporte.com for more information.

About Paycom.net:

Thank you everyone for the nice comments and for your continued support. I am very happy with the way things have turned out. I am looking forward to working with everyone again to continue to grow friendships and business.

ePassporte is a great product and has grown into a successful business in all business sectors; and this industry was where it was started, tried and tested. Like so many products, services and technologies, ePassporte too owes this industry and community a great deal. We won?t forget that and this will be evidenced by our continued support of the many worthy causes, efforts and events that make this business community strong.

You can all expect the same level of service and attention as before ? at a minimum, and even more in the very near future as we roll out new products and services and design, with your help, more functional features. ePassporte is already a well respected and trusted brand for Affiliates receiving payments from Sponsors and for the thousands of Webmasters using it in their everyday life. Many of the industry?s vendors, suppliers and key players are using ePassporte in their businesses as well. ePassporte has become an important currency of the adult online community. The entire ePassporte Team will work hard to earn your continued support and trust.

Shaliza, whom many of you have known for a long time, is the point person for your comments, questions and needs. Shaliza will be here in a few to post her contact details and to make herself available to answer questions. I am always around too, so hit me up any time by email at [email protected]

I look forward to seeing everyone at the show next week.

Again, and on behalf of Shaliza, myself and the whole ePassporte Team, Thank you all very much.

I was thinking that many would.

Chris, if Shaliza needs any sort of "guide" as to how to handle the crowd on GFY, she should probably read this thread... https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/493460-dont-epassporte-buy-online.html

that is, if she hasn't already.

Rand shows solid restraint, patience and understanding in that thread, yet holds his ground admirably on the points that needed to be held fast to.

I can think of a few other program admins that could take a cue from Rand's performance in that thread actually.

Best of luck to all parties concerned.
