I'm looking for a low-end Load Balanced Server solution for a mainstream picture/video site -- i'd like to divide the servers in (1) = web site + rating/voting MySQL dbs + forums and (2) = Picture/Video content.

i would suggest techiemedia i know ogrish had some load balacning going on. i am sure they can suit your needs.

We use load balancers at ev1servers.net - although we have our own private rack with them, they do have a cheap cluster option with 2 servers.
