Difficult situation, I don't like the ramifications it is going to have on the girl because I don't believe that knowing how to spread your legs makes you an adult. If the guy was 19 and she was 13, that's a lot better in my opinion than a 22 and a 13 yr old, but its difficult to say really... I think its going to fuck up the girls life even more, if they send the guy to jail... and having a kid at her age, is going to fuck it up pretty badly.
