Sadam ran a non-religious(secular) government and prevented large scale civil war. Now civil war seems sure and Islam is going to be the primary rule of law in the new Iraqi constitution.

Would it make any sense at all to return Sadam to power and give him guns to get this shit under control and the US go back home?
