Mayor Ray Nagin is in fact, a regular guy.

He quit his 400k a year job to become mayor and make 100k.

He has a cale exec, and is just a normal US citizen standing up to currupt politics in new orleans.

THAT is why he tells it like it is, its because he is not a politician. His credentials are impressive, and he is a smart man.

Three years later, Nagin was hired by Cox and he and Seletha returned to New Orleans, where they raised two sons, Jeremy and Jarin, and a daughter, Tianna. He was making about $400,000 a year when he was elected mayor, a job that paid $110,000.
