Here's one that I worked on occasionally for YEARS
I'll bet one of you will get it in no time lol its a visual one so you'll need to get out pencil and paper (different colored pencils help alot) There are three telephone poles and three houses the object is to get a telephone line from EACH pole to EACH house without having the lines cross or intersect in any way .. can you do it? http://www.sponsorspecs.com/houselines.jpg |
what, no more attempts at the USPS mail delivery or the prisoners?

hint: Photoshop |
nice. Thanks for the hint
|
another hint: you will need to use IE for one of the stage...
if you get through this one, I have another cool one just like that... |
Dude, I get stuck on every one. I got the IE one, but then the next images is broken. I tried, "broken", "broke" "error" "missing"... what else? I'm stuck. LOL
These are too hard for me. |

Hint: page source! :) |
I've studied the code up and down. I've tried EVERY single word on the source code, even using "sumpkult" and nothing...
the guy that designed this puzzle is a dumb-dumb |

hehe well you were on the right track bro! http://www.etienne.nu/imagepuz/sumpkult/ try that ;) |
there's also the famous Einstein's riddle
http://www.manbottle.com/trivia/Einstein_s_Riddle.htm which is actually pretty easy to solve, but takes some time... |

dude, this fucking puzzle thing doesn't work in firefox. In firefox you get an image error. In IE you get the answer. I use Firefox.I only switched to IE that one time. I got here http://www.etienne.nu/imagepuz/sumpkult/ right away but in firefox it doesn't work. |

Redshoe .. you can get the USPS one, I KNOW you can
you were verrry close *more hints ~LOOK at the puzzle .. what do you notice about it .. say stuff outloud about what you SEE ~There is a name (first and last) as well as city and state ~common first name, common city Here is the prisoner riddles answer: The prisoners assign a leader. They decide on the following protocol: For a non-leader: the first time you arrive at the room when the light is off - switch it on; In all other cases - do nothing For the leader: each time you arrive at the room and the light is on - switch it off, and add one to your counting When the leader arrives at the room and reached 99 in his counting - he tells the guard, and they go free. |

hmmm on second thought that could have been a prostitute! :D |
wood/mass thing - I don't know, but did anyone figure out my car riddle?
|

Day 1, decide on one prisoner to be the record keeper..... When a prisoner comes into the room, if the light is OFF and he has never switched the light on before, he switches it on. Whenever the record keepign prisoner comes into a lit room, he flips it off and adds to his mental count. When he has flicked the switch off his 99th time, he knows they have all been in the room |
Willysbirthday - hmm that would work also ! :)
Just so redshoe won't kick me in the hinney I'll give the answer to the USPS riddle Remember it looked like this: WOOD MASS The letter was delivered to Mark Underwood in Andover Massachusetts The riddle was a visual one There is a noticeable 'mark' UNDER the word WOOD .. AND-OVER the MASS (which everyone from the US knows stands for the state of Massachusetts) Like I said, there was only one person I showed this puzzle to who figured it out and I had to give him clues Two others came CLOSE with the name 'Line Underwood .. Andover Massachusetts You can win some free beer at the bar with this one lol |
