Does work get in the way of enjoying life?
I have a good company with productive people working for me, and our customers love what we do. I have started focusing on adult again after 1.5 years of only doing it 30%.... But sometimes I think it would be nicer to liquidate every asset and just start to enjoy life, and stop wasting the time with work..
...do you ever get that feeling? ... there must be more to life than moving images in and out of photoshop, just to get paid ![]() |

You have to find a balance, or happy medium. I've felt like that before, but I want to make sure I have more than enough to last next 40-50 years should I live that long before getting out of the game.
I find making sure you have a good balance helps.. Sometimes I will run full throttle for three days, and then take a 5 day weekend. Or I make sure to work in a lot of fun time, and quit working at a decent hour, especially in the summer. Helps keep a balance, and you sane so you do not have the above mentioned thoughts running through your head constantly. But I know where you are coming from all the same. ![]() |

Work to live, don't live to work.
It's really that simple. Fuck work, it will always be there when you get back. Your personal life OTOH won't. Figure it out. ![]() |

It's hard to accept it but yes. Especially when you are not really enjoying your work.

Work should be fun and not to hinder anything else.
