I'm not familiar with sleepwalking, but you indicated that the kid came "running (naked)", "jumped" into bed with your kid and then starts whacking off. If he is in a sleep state, in not familiar surroundings, that seems a bit odd.

I'm guessing he won't be doing any overnight stays with your son again anytime soon. Also, I would ask a professional about what to do with regards to bringing it up to the other kid's family.

Lucky for the kid he was at your house and not Neverland Ranch.
