help my screensaver doesn't come on ..
My screensaver doesn't come on anymore,
Just happened few days ago after i did a defrag and disc scan on my computer , any suggestions what i can try ?  |

Hmm not sure. Better to use just the power saving settings for your monitor than to have a screensaver, imo.

that happened to me too but it was like some program running in the background that was polling my network card or something like that so it wouldnt let the computer go to sleep.

my advice is dont use screen savers. what is the point? burn in is so unlikely. you could also just use power save mode. better idea.

right click anywhere on the desktop -> properties->screensavers-> try to locate your screensaver and OK everything, see if it works again

if its a PC - a hard kick in the side is needed
if its a MAC - just reboot and everything will be A-OK
