I have posted this same response before..but here it goes again.

If you're dealing with the police *people with guns* and they ask you to stop, or pull over and you run you have now changed the rules of the game.

Death is now a possibility, or at least serious bodily harm.

If you were given the responsibility to enforce the law, or safegaurd a location and someone came running at you and you have your weapon drawn and have made demands and they still continue what do you do?

The guy may have been innocent, bu as they old saying goes...he may be right..he's dead right.

Two problems with this whole story that are getting missed -

The cops were not uniformed police - they were plainclothes cops

The guy was on the ground already when they shot him 5 times

Actually, maybe they should. After a few people that dont do what the police tell them and get killed, maybe then the other people will take the cops more seriously.
