What do you prefer those monthly membership sites or ones with a flat booking fee?

I see alot going to monthly fees and wasn't sure if that was to make more money or if it was prefered by photographers.

Any input from the people who hire models would be great and if you like the standard booking fee is $100 still the norm?

I use both and booking through a agent is usally easier. The fee is normally $100 a girl or sometimes $100 a scene

I thought it would work easier and be more personal when you work with photographers and know what they like as an agency rather then have a members area letting everyone contact each other there is no way to really know what is going on much between the models and photographers.

I like the idea of dealing with the people myself a bit one on one it seems more professional but if most people are used to just paying a membership fee and being able to contact and set everything up themselves then I might have to rethink my plan.
