Nope, not a gaffer. I'm a special effects makeup artist. Well, at least I used to be. Just before the fx industry took a big dump on all of us. Now, when we get shows, I coordinate and supervise the shows. Inbetween shows, I waste all day on GFY.

We just recently did, Matrix 2 & 3, Master Of Disguise, Adaptation, and will be doing some work for the Hulk movie.

I did see Wonder Boys, but I don't remember liking it all that much. I guess I 'd have to see it again.

I've heard mixed things about the next two Matrix movies, how did they look too you? Any new special effects techniques that people will rant and rave about being revolutionary but will only get used in spoofs and by some live broadcast idiots in a huge waste of money and energy at the Super Bowl?

I'm not able to discuss what we did for the movie. I can only say that we did some effects. Most major films, especially if there is a lot of hype involved, make you sign waivers. But I'm sure you know that.

As far as any new revolutionary new techniques... I couldn't tell you brother. There are a ton of fx places in town, I have no way of knowing what each one is doing at any given time. Super Bowl commercials are usually big business for us. People are ususlly hush hush, about what they are working on anyway. At least in fx.

This year they are a bit slow on our end. If you go to some the lower quality studios like Lazzarini's shop. They are busy on a few of the super bowl commercials. But that's because they usually hack shit out, (badly I might add). I heard that guy crys his ass off because of the money he's losing. Good. Fuck him. If you knew him you'd say the same thing. LOL
