My mother was knocked out when I was named, she and I both almost died and one of us was supposed to die...... well, my dad was extremely close to his mom and heard some stupid song by someone and thought he['d be smart and name me after his mom and that song, so my name is Tammy Mayrene (Mayrene being my grandmother's middle name), they fought over that til the day they divorced. LMAO

I'm like Peaches... for some reason in the South you take your maiden name as your middle initial or name when you get married. My birth name is Mary Kathryn Grace... So when I married I dropped the Kathryn part and became Mary Grace Stout. My grandmother was Mary Ola Grace and a fantastic person. I like having her name.

But... when I am asked why all my documents have Mary Grace...and I go by Kathi... it makes for a long story. I tell folks it depends on what state I am in as to what name is use... or even better I say my parole officer like me to mix it up every now and then.
