ZoiNk....if a rebill attempt fails due to an error such as a decline, we attempt to rebill the customer every seven days a total of three additional times. The percentage which comes back isn't outstanding....but every little bit helps, right? : )

If it's a so-called soft decline -- i.e. insufficient funds, card on hold for late payment, etc, we attempt to rebill the card for 6 more days before we drop it.

If it's a card cancelled, or other terminal error, it's trashed immediately.

what do u guys think about paycom?

well paycom dont seem to be around so give one of the Processors a chance that bother to answer questions :)

Thank you very much for your answers. It is always nice to know that processers are trying to rebill. I wasn't sure if all processors retried or not. I am very glad to see that both of you guys do :)

Long is good, a lot of info on different Credit Card Processors. Without them, we would all have to rely ONLY on 1-900 charges and dialers. That would not be fun :)
