ZoiNk....if a rebill attempt fails due to an error such as a decline, we attempt to rebill the customer every seven days a total of three additional times. If it's a so-called soft decline -- i.e. insufficient funds, card on hold for late payment, etc, we attempt to rebill the card for 6 more days before we drop it. If it's a card cancelled, or other terminal error, it's trashed immediately. |

Long is good, a lot of info on different Credit Card Processors. Without them, we would all have to rely ONLY on 1-900 charges and dialers. That would not be fun :)
