this is starting to bother me. i have definitely spread myself too thin over all the different projects i've done over the last year. so i decided to try anf focus somehow but i'm having too many mental issues

it seems everytime i'm about to axe an existing idea theres a small sales spike that gives me hope in it again...ugh

how do you focus your shit!!!!!

Gotta way the good and the bad of things. look at the money you have made and project out 6 months and cut the least profitable. I know it's hard to cut something you have worked on for awhile but sometimes you just have to cut the fat.

Maybe you can bang out a bunch of updates for those and just have to plug them in on a daily basis that way you don't really have to let them go and you only have to have minimal interaction with them.

Even though you get a spike, take a look at the ROI. not in just money, but time. The one with the least ROI gets shut down. Even if that week/month/day you made more than normal. That way you can focus.

One thing after the other, if it's hard to focus on diff. projects for you, do it one by one - pause some less important ones and finish most important ones.

Set priorities - important.

If you lose focus on the one you are currently doing, do something else, play a game - do something that relaxes you.

When you have your focus back, work more.

It's more productive to work 4 hours focused than to work 12 hours without any focus...

get an idea....by a domain.....set up the index page.....forget about it LOL
i just let 1/2 of my domains expire actually. i need to focus more on the projects that are worth my time right now.
