I am going to dare to make a suggestion here since I have been working with amateur single girl sites for years. I understand your site is more polished and professional than those I do but that may well be an issue.

A Single girl site needs something to disinguish it from the masses, a niche like extreme Holly, a real personality like ellinude. You also need a stream of traffic looking for that girl, her personality. You need to make the buyer fall in love with that girl to pull the card out.

to me it looks like she's thinking "i can't believe i have to do this shit"

And the one with the lolly pop is "this is my 50th 10 second position today, when's lunch"

the first good way says "what the hell are you waiting for? fill my ass from behind before i change my mind" she looks hungrier than bored. Still not 100% but way better than the other stuff.

A photographer can pick out 2 shots out of 50 to use in a magazine.. thats how you have to be with your tour...

the tour needs to have continuity - the girl next door/nice girl pics, not the stripper looking ones - work in that she gets nasty but without showing it or maybe a tease shot but nothing to give it all away

like al said - get the surfer wanting to see the good shit and want to join.


dude check out the biggest solo girl sites out there , study them, do your homework then apply it to yours.

Yeah, the last pay period was a little radical, it makes it tough, never being able to give ratios because you know no one will believe it

Is it TGP traffic?
It is my opinion that the traffic sources are not the best so far for Julia Blue.
1 in 700 for basic TGP traffic? I would say its not so bad for a solo girl site. It held its own, and maybe the traffic has not run its course yet from his stated sources.

I did what I could with the tour.

My advice to him has very little to do with the tour. There are a couple tweaks, easy to change shit, but this isn't about the tour as much as it is his traffic management. :2 cents:

It's not the best fucking tour I ever built, but I do like it.
In my opinion it will hold its own very well once some things are done.

Particularly the traffic sources and locking down the text on all the pages.

Just a couple quick comments(I think :))

The tour goes from first person, to someone else talking about Julia on the join page. This can be a bit of a mental stumbling block.
For instance, the tour everything is "I"-- then the join says
"You get to give input on what you want julia to do"
maybe
"Do you want me to do something sexy, just for you? Let me make your dreams come true!"
Or something a horny guy wants to hear.

Notice the use of the same text for both join options. The text doesn't need to be duplicated for each option. Put the options together and lose the second copy.

In fact the graphics on the tour might reflect a little more first person feel.
I understand it is important to brand the site, but other ways are possible.
'ACCESS JULIA BLUE TONIGHT' could be "Chat with me tonight, right now, instantly..." or something else depending on her chat schedule.

"I KNOW YOU WILL LIKE MY EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS AREA!GET ACCESS NOW!" is used twice on the same page. They should love, not like your members area :) Less redundancy and sexier copy.

On http://juliablue.com/p2.html at the the top. The graphic with grey background. 'VIdeos' might look better as 'Videos' as the other small i's are with the dot. Just stuck out to me.

The site tour/graphics are ok and a decent start, but they don't look complete. The little details to help give it a finishing touch are missing. Just odds and ends like the butterfly, just more bits of it. You know subtle stuff in the background that noone notices but brings things together more.

What are her stats? bust, waist, hip, likes, dislikes, sign, etc.

Does every set you show have 65 pics, or are there 65 pics total for all galleries? "65 Hi Rez pics" could be '65 Hi Rez pics of me getting erect nips in my black lingerie' (as I assume there are 65 for each gallery)
The the next one something different and sexy '65 HUGE images of me getting sticky with a lollipop'

The photographer needs to work on bringing her personality(assuming there is one) to the photos which might help the designer 'bring things to life'-- More smiles, playful smirks, scrunched nose, and so many other thigns like this :)

When it was a paysite I could convert at 1:20 on a mixture of TGP/TGP2/Free Site traffic
