I built both Headlesses sites and SOS site:)

So I am naturally curious about the results.
I know the results of many tours I have built. So it is interesting to hear about them.

I know Headless been working his magic as well as SOS.

They are good at what they do.

If my work does not hold up I assured them both a redesign will be in order free of charge.
I want my clients to succeed.

Bottom line.
I always have.

I will ay though it could be targeting problems.
the sites can not compete against Hardcore based traffic.
The results will not be good.

Get in with some SOlo girl traffic and the results will probably be better.

Sounds like the traffic might be originating from sites which lure CC-free surfers.


Do you keep referrer logs to see where its actually coming from? The raw apache logs will contain this, and you can just get a stats package like awstats or analog to see where the traffic is coming from.

Also, do you offer a cheap trial? These always help boost conversions among the group that doesn't know if they really want a subscription or not. Getting surfers hooked on members only content through a trial fee will make them more likely to sign up. Most surfers are too stupid to do a siterip so that they can enjoy it later, and would rather just pay $24.95/month or whatever it is to be able to masturbate.

Try some of the solo girls sites link lists.
There are alot of them out there that show Amateur girls for link lists etc.

Hardened TGP traffic will never give good numbers.

FWIW - the text where your girl talks to the surfer is weak - at least on the first page.

And from my experience you can count on losing around 25% of your surfers for each new page they have to move to - so if you have a three page tour and 200 surfers hit the front by page two your down to 150 and even less will go throught to the join page.

Dipshit - I'm talking about solo girl sites - your comparing apples to oranges - solo girl sites are totally different to any other sort of site - surfers quickly lose interest when there is only one girl to see so you have to grab them with text and get them to the sign up page fast - and on the sign page the girl has to smooch with the surfer to get him to sign up - your right - numbers do n't lie - just look at Sams crappy conversions

700 uniques from 50k gallery hits?

that's a CTR of about 1,5% (if we're talking about first page clicks), so I guess they're showing first page hits, otherwise the CTR of your gallery would be REALLY bad!

So if you look at it this way, a ratio of 1:700 isn't bad at all with this kind of traffic..

Solo girls sites are about playing the level of openness with the members and traffic with what they do.

Case and point would be of course Tawny Stone.
A site that gave surfers a sense of "involvement" at looking into the girls sexual life to an extent. A fan site per say.

well not sure about that, but if you take a first page -> 2nd page CTR of about 5%, and you assume those 700 hits were 2nd page, that would mean you got 14000 first page hits, which means a CTR of almost 30%.. and that's kinda unreal :)

I've never used paycom but if you can, mirror your tour for each traffic source...that way you can get a basic idea of what's working until you get better tracking - eg

and so forth...dont' got nuts with a billion front ends - for smaller tgps/sources use

If you can't, find another processor that has some sort of tracking built in. You'll be pissing into the wind until you can read your traffic. You won't be able to tell what kind of traffic or what kind of advertising works.

Exactly what I said earlier...

Nats is a good program and I'm not knocking it at all - but you shouldn't have done that. Other processors have fairly decent affiliate tracking built in - all you had to do was create inhouse accounts to track the different sources.

Regardless, good luck with things.

-make second page a little shoorter, and add a 'next page' at bottom that goes to join
-have all the small pics link to join page
-make join page a little more fuller (there was a recent study done on how people react differently when people are staring at them... pretty interesting:they setup a page where at the end when they clicked next, it went to a pay page.. one had nothing but random pics, they immediately left the site, the other though, had a pic of someone staring directly at them, somehow making them feel bad or uncomfotabel making them join....i would test this out on join page)
-the text is horrible... sounds like every other site out there... make it more personal...
-i dont like her makeup and you should listen to wargames.... make her hair smooth, put less/softer makeup... make her young.... less skanky outfits.. and NO high heels(the stripper kind!)
-make her young and cute... get her to smile more often...
-tell the photographer not to shoot her from top.. ruins proportians, and have him use the white balance on the camera and manual mode... too much tint on the pics...
-definitel have a trailer on each page.. or maybe just one... but have her tease and not show too much... you want the surfer's attention and the feind to join to see more.... same with the tour.. you dont want to show everything all in tour....

i don't have any choice of other processors.. i'm in canada so i had to form a corporation in the states just to be able to use paycom..... and i'm lucky i was able to do even that.... ccbill requires the principle owner of the company to live in the states and have a US SSN also... :2 cents:
